This product is designed to be packed away into its own pocket for convenient storage and easy carrying while on the move. The fabric surface has been treated with a water-repellent finish. When designing this A.W.S. ACTIVE product, special attention has been paid to functionality and comfort, so the product is suitable for both active and casual use. UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) indicates how much of the sun's UV radiation passes through a fabric. A fabric with a UPF of 40 allows approximately one fortieth of UV radiation to pass through the material. The fabric's tested UV performance is achieved through its weave and construction rather than through chemical treatments.
