RUKKA WARRANTY 2 + 3 YEARS

Rukka products are issued a warranty of two (2) years from the date of purchase. Any manufacturing fault or material defect will be resolved within the warranty period subject to our warranty policy. We also provide an additional three-year (3) warranty, totalling five (5) years, to cover any manufacturing faults or material defects in motorcycle jackets and trousers from the date of purchase if the customer registers the product’s receipt of purchase in the Rukka Motorsport loyalty program: Join the Rukka Motorsport community | Luhta.com. This additional warranty is not available for integrated products (including integrated protectors), gloves, base and middle layers, or accessories. These products are supplied with a two-year warranty. For the reflective elements of our products, we offer a two-year warranty repair period.

We reserve the right to change the terms of the additional three-year warranty policy without further notice.

SCOPE OF WARRANTY

The Rukka warranty is available only for products purchased from authorised Rukka retailers. For any warranty, you will need to provide a receipt of purchase from an authorised Rukka retailer.

The warranty only applies to the original owner of a new Rukka product and it cannot be transferred to another person (including new owner of a used product). The warranty does not prejudice any consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory legislation, including rights based on the liability for defects.

Our primary action is to repair Rukka products subject to warranty. If a product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a product closest to the original product. Any repair or alteration work carried out by a third party will invalidate the warranty.
