Luhta.com – Nordischer Multimarkenshop für Sport, Outdoor und mehr

Clear targets are needed in sustainability work, but sustainability is first and foremost about actions. In our annual sustainability reports, we aim to be as specific as possible about the sustainability work we have done in relation to products, the environment and people.
We have published Luhta Sportswear Company's Annual Report 2024, which includes the latest Sustainability Review. We report in accordance with the GRI standards. We have strived to further increase transparency and improve our reporting in line with the international GRI standard. See our Annual Report 2024 here.

Responsibility is first and foremost about cooperation. To develop our business responsibly, we also need partners who specialize in different areas and with whom we can work together to develop sustainability and corporate responsibility in different areas. In particular, we work with the following bodies:
We are committed to the UN Global Compact initiative. Global Compact, a voluntary global initiative launched by the UN in 2000, is the world’s largest voluntary global initiative to promote corporate responsibility.
We are a member of amfori BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative), a program promoting social responsibility in supply chains.
We work with repair service Menddie to provide an easy way to repair, shape or otherwise customise our products.
Products that are returned through our ReUse program but unsuitable for second-hand use are delivered to Rester Oy, a textile recycling specialist.
Helsinki Metropolitan Area Reuse Center
We donate pre-sorted B-quality products to the Helsinki Metropolitan Area Reuse Center that are not suitable for ReUse sales, but are in good condition and usable. By working together, the products can be reused by consumers, and we can help minimise waste.
Lounais-Suomen Jätehuolto (Southwest Finland Waste Management)
Cooperation with Lounais-Suomen Jätehuolto enables products and their materials that are not suitable for sale to be recycled into new products for companies and individuals.
We also work closely with a wide range of other partners and stakeholders and are active members of a number of international and national organisations. Read more in Luhta's Annual Report here.
