Policies Guiding our Sustainability Work

It is important to us that we all act responsibly in accordance with our company’s values and our shared policies and operating principles. Through these policies and by monitoring their implementation, we manage the impacts of our value chain on the environment, people, and the economy. Our company’s internal Code of Conduct governs our own operations and applies to all employees. In addition to our own operations, we require all our suppliers and other business partners to act responsibly and to respect human rights and the environment. Our company’s policies are approved by senior management, and their purpose is to ensure that our operations, at a global level and throughout our processes, comply with our values and applicable regulations.

Due Diligence Process

Respect for human rights and the environment is an integral part of our company’s sustainability strategy, as well as the management of our entire value chain and sustainability management. Our goal is to develop our operations over the long term in accordance with a due diligence process based on the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the OECD Guidelines for Responsible Business Conduct, in order to identify, prevent, mitigate, and stop, as well as monitor, actual and potential adverse impacts related to our operations.
