Delivery and payment methods
The delivery time for orders placed in the Luhta.com online shop is about 3 to 5 working days. During campaigns and sales, the delivery times may be longer than normal.
Delivery methods and Posti UPS
For B2B customers in the European Union (except Finland):
We offer the delivery method UPS Standard. We charge a flat rate of €4.90 for shipping per order. You will be notified by email once the shipment has been accepted by UPS. The email contains a tracking link on the UPS website. The day before the scheduled delivery, you will receive another message either by email or SMS. You can use a link in the message to adjust the delivery, have the shipment redirected to any UPS collection point, or issue a drop-off authorization.
By default, shipments are delivered directly to the specified delivery address. If your shipment cannot be delivered, it will be forwarded to a UPS Access Point™ near you and you will be notified by email and SMS. Pick up the shipment within 7 calendar days.
B2B Customers in Finland:
For B2B Finnish customers we offer a delivery to to a Posti service point. The delivery cost to a Posti service point €4.90. The cost of delivery is added to the total after you have chosen a delivery method.Posti will keep the parcel for 7 days at all pick-up points. After this, unclaimed parcels are returned to the sender.
Please make sure that the shipping address, phone number and email address provided are correct. The delivery time is approximately 3-5 working days after your order has left our warehouse. Please note that during campaigns and sales, delivery time may be longer than usual.
If you do not collect the shipment within the storage period, ownership of the package will revert to the Luhta.com online shop and the goods will be returned. After the return is encountered and processed by us, you will be refunded within 14 days to the original method of payment. We will inform you about the refund by email.
Please note that failure to collect a package does not constitute a customer return. We charge processing costs of €19.90 for parcels that have not been picked up within the storage period. If you do not intend to collect your package, you can let Customer Service know. However, notification should be made before the return is posted.
In the Luhta.com/Rukka Pets B2B online shop you can use Klarna to pay immediately via credit card. Details of the applicable terms can be found on the Klarna website. In the Klarna App you can easily track the ordering process.
Since the payment is mediated by Klarna to the Luhta.com online shop, Klarna may appear as the recipient on your bank statement instead of Luhta.com. By using the Klarna Checkout service, you accept the terms and conditions of Klarna AB (556737-0431, Sveavägen 46, 11134 Stockholm) which are visible at checkout.
