Luhta.com / Rukka Pets B2B online shop terms of delivery

L-Fashion Group Oy (later an online shop) sells Rukka Pets products to business customers (later B2B). We retain the right to change the terms of delivery or prices. The product prices do not include VAT. For Finnish B2B customers VAT is added to the price.

1. General terms

Luhta.com is an online shop maintained by L-Fashion Group Oy. These terms of contract are applied to the seller/customer relationship between L-Fashion Group Oy and its customers. L-Fashion Group retains the right to change these terms of contract unilaterally and without prior notice. We also retain the right to change prices. The terms that are valid at the moment of ordering are applied to the orders made from the Luhta.com online shop. These terms can be read on the ‘Delivery and payment methods’ page. L-Fashion Group Oy is not liable for any damages caused by Force Majeure. Force Majeure are considered unpredictable factors and/or conditions, which cannot be affected by L-Fashion Group Oy’s actions and which cannot be resolved within reason. L-Fashion Group Oy is obligated to notify the customer of such conditions as soon as practically possible.

2. Intellectual Property

L-Fashion Group Oy shall remain as the sole and exclusive owner of all of its intellectual property rights. The content of the online shop (including but not limited to its’ texts, pictures, drawings, logos, trademarks) are the intellectual property of the L-Fashion Group Oy and copying and other unlawful use of the aforementioned intellectual property rights is forbidden.


3. Customer

It is the customer’s obligation to provide the correct contact information, which at the very least includes name, address, phone number and e-mail address for the delivery of the order and related documents. Delivery time in the online shop is 3 to 5 working days; during sales and campaigns, the delivery time may be longer due to the large volume of orders. L-Fashion Group Oy is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen changes, but is obligated to notify the customer of such delays as soon as practically possible.


4. Data protection

L-Fashion Group Oy does not give out customers’ contact information to third parties for direct marketing. More information how we process your data you can find here. The customer can forbid the use and processing of their data for marketing purposes within L-Fashion Group by contacting customer support: customerservice@luhta.com. The Luhta.com website uses cookies. More information on cookies can be found here. Cookies are used to improve and speed up visits to the website and they can also be used for providing special or personal offers and product recommendations. The customer can change the cookie settings in their web browser.


5. Prices and warranty

The product prices in the Luhta.com/Rukka Pets B2B online shop do not include VAT, however for Finnish B2B customers VAT 24 % is added to the price at the checkout. You may be entitled to discounts. Any and all discounts will be at our discretion.


The warranty is based on the warranty terms defined by the manufacturer of the product. The warranty covers manufacturing flaws that are not caused by external factors. External factors include, for example, wrong use of the product. It is recommended that the customer familiarize themselves with the product’s user instructions before using the product. In warranty matters and if you detect a flaw in the product, first contact our customer service via email: customerservice@luhta.com.


6.  Reclamations and disputes

If you notice a defect in the product, please always contact our customer service first: customerservice@luhta.com. The service provider, Luhta.com online shop, shall not be liable for any delays caused by Force Majeure.


Any disputes regarding these terms, order confirmations, agreements or product deliveries shall be resolved definitively through arbitration in accordance with the arbitration guidelines issued by the Finnish Chambers of Commerce. The number of arbitrators shall be one and the language of arbitration shall be English. The seat of arbitration shall be Helsinki. Any disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, excluding its conflict of laws rules.
