Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)
Diversity, equity and inclusion are an integral part of our values‑based sustainability work. Our objective is to ensure that our operations in all countries are grounded in equal treatment and respect for human rights. We promote DEI principles both within our own workforce and more broadly across communities and stakeholder relationships.
We aim to create an operating environment in which every individual – whether an employee, customer, business partner or service provider – can feel valued and treated fairly. Diversity, equity and inclusion are embedded in our core operating principles, including our Code of Conduct, recruitment practices, training programmes, and leadership processes.
An Equitable and Inclusive Workplace
We build an inclusive corporate culture where everyone can be their authentic selves and feel respected. Respect, openness and collaboration guide our day‑to‑day work. All people‑related practices, such as recruitment, career development, reward systems and skills development, are based on equitable and non‑discriminatory principles.
We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment or inappropriate behaviour. We operate low‑threshold reporting channels and address any identified concerns in a structured and appropriate manner.
Promoting diversity, equity and inclusion is a central element of our leadership practices. We support managers in inclusive and equitable leadership through shared ways of working, development discussions and continuous competence development. We also invest in employee wellbeing, work ability and ongoing professional development.
We strive to enable the reconciliation of work and personal life and to take individual needs in different life situations into account. Parental leave and flexible working arrangements are available in accordance with local legislation in our operating countries, regardless of gender, and are supported as part of a fair and responsible work culture.
Customers and Communities
Our DEI principles also extend to our relationships with customers and the wider society. We aim to serve our customers in an equitable and respectful manner across different markets and to take diverse needs into account in our products, services and communications where possible.
As part of our social responsibility, we support communities and initiatives that promote wellbeing, inclusion and an active lifestyle. Collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders helps us better understand DEI‑related topics and develop our operations beyond our own organisation.
Commitment and Continuous Development
Our DEI work is continuously evolving. In 2025, we assessed equality and non‑discrimination as part of our sustainability efforts and strengthened our commitment by signing the FIBS Diversity Commitment. We also utilise various tools and stakeholder dialogue to identify development needs.
We report on DEI topics and our progress as part of our annual sustainability reporting. Our aim is to increase transparency and understanding of how our operations impact people both within our organisation and across our entire value chain.
