Stakeholders and Important Partners
Luhta Sportswear Company operates in a broad international environment, and its operations have a significant impact on both the textile and fashion industry and the surrounding society. As a family business, it’s important for us to maintain long-term relationships with our stakeholders and build operations that are based on trust, transparency, and continuous dialogue. Our stakeholders include our personnel, customers and consumers, suppliers and partners, owners, and lenders, authorities, local communities, non-governmental organizations, industry associations, and sustainability initiatives. We work continuously with our stakeholders and engage in dialogue with them through various channels and forms of cooperation.
The views of stakeholders are systematically taken into account in strategic planning and in our key sustainability processes, such as materiality assessments, the development of the due diligence process, and human rights impact assessments. We maintain an ongoing dialogue with our stakeholders by meeting them in person and keeping in touch through various channels, such as surveys, meetings, audits, feedback channels, and cooperation forums. We aim to ensure that relevant perspectives are genuinely taken into account and that we can develop our operations together with our stakeholders.
We maintain an active dialogue with our stakeholders and welcome feedback on our sustainability efforts. For sustainability-related matters, please contact us at the following address: sustainability@luhta.fi.
