The evolution of the Dachstein Super Ferrata GTX: the Dachstein Super Ferrata Evo GTX is a technical reinterpretation of the all-time favourite and now also available as low-cut version for more flexibility. With its minimalistic design and sturdy, non-animal based upper material, it is even more breathable and leightweight with an equally good fit. It is your specialist for technical hiking. Features such as the abrasion-resistant toe cap and the full-length scree protection band protect on steep passages on the mountain and on via ferratas. As with a climbing shoe, the lacing extends far into the toe, which means that the shoe can be adjusted very precisely to the foot. Developed exclusively with Vibram®, the sole contains their Megagrip rubber compound for extra grip on rocky terrain, even in wet conditions. The integrated climbing and braking zones provide greater contact points on the rock and therefore offer optimal grip and stability in rocky terrain, in cooperation with the bidirectional stud design. With a GORE-TEX membrane, the shoe is waterproof and breathable at the same time. The shoe is made in Europe.
