Consider all the pieces

It is always best to evaluate the fit of the garment together with all components of your actual outfit, including motorcycle, helmet, boots and gloves to make sure nothing is tight or snags on anything. Put on the garment, adjust all fastenings properly and get on your bike in your normal riding position.

How it should feel

The fit should be snug, but there should not be any discomfort or restriction of movement caused by the garment. Make sure you have enough overlap between the jacket and trousers, and that the sleeves and trouser legs are long enough to provide full coverage with limbs extended and bent. It’s also good to check that your jacket collar and helmet do not interfere when moving your head left or right.

Everything in place

Rukka riding suits have a variety of adjustments and fasteners to help you configure them to your liking, and all of them should be fastened snugly while riding. The jacket and trousers should be secured in place with either a connecting zipper or a crotch strap and suspenders when possible.

Protectors

Don’t forget to insert all protectors in their correct pockets before trying the garment on, as this can noticeably alter the fit of the garment! Make sure the protectors are positioned correctly and fully cover the parts they’re supposed to. A protector that sits crooked or wiggles around a lot may mean you need to pick a different size. Check the manual delivered with the product for more info on correct protector placement.
