Campaign name: Kaikkien aikojen lippuarvonta

Time of the campaign: spring 2022

(later “Campaign” or “Raffle”)

Campaign period

The Campaign period is 22.4.2022–5.5.2022. Entries submitted after the campaign period (on 6.5.2022 or later) will not be accepted.

How to participate in the Campaign raffle?

Participants may enter the Campaign raffle either

  • by logging into their Luhta aClass customer account in the luhta.com online store and entering their e-mail address in the form on the campaign page at: /content/rukka-x-leijonat-arvonta

or

  • by identifying themselves as a Luhta aClass member at the register of the Luhta Brand Store at shopping centre Ratina in Tampere or at the register of any Luhta Outdoor Store location (“participating locations”)

Entering the Campaign raffle requires a membership in the Luhta aClass customer loyalty program. Non-members may register for a Luhta aClass membership in the luhta.com online store or at any of the participating locations before participating in the Campaign raffle.

Each participant may only enter in the Campaign raffle once.

Campaign prizes

The prizes of the Campaign raffle include a total of 296 tickets to the 2022 Ice Hockey World Championships.

Each winner will receive a minimum of two (2) tickets to one (1) randomly selected game from the options presented in the table below. In cases where the number of tickets available for a game cannot be divided exactly into pairs, one of the winners for that game will be randomly awarded an extra ticket, making that winner’s prize three (3) tickets in total. Therefore, the total number of winners will be 146.

According to the preliminary schedule, all the games will be played at the Nokia Arena in Tampere. The Organiser will not be held responsible for any changes to the tournament schedule or game locations or for any cancellations of games.

Drawing and announcing the winners

The winners will be drawn on 6.5.2022. Winners will be notified personally by e-mail.

Redeeming the Campaign prizes

Winners must pick up their prize at the Luhta Brand Store in shopping centre Ratina at Vuolteenkatu 1, 33100 Tampere (3rd floor). Winners are required to show identification at the register to receive their prize.

Prizes will be available for pickup starting on 13.5.2022 and must be picked up during the store’s opening hours, 2 hours before the start of the game at the latest.

In case the participant has given faulty or incomplete contact information or if the prize notification or the prize cannot be delivered to the winner because of other reasons not caused by or related to the Organiser, the Organiser is not obliged to deliver the prize. The prizes cannot be changed into money or other goods. The Organiser has the right to refuse to give away the prize due to unsatisfactory eligibility or another equivalent factor.

If the participant has given false or incomplete contact information or if the Organiser is unable to contact the winner by 10.5.2022, the Organiser has a right to draw a new winner.

Eligibility

All Luhta aClass members of age 18 or above may participate in the Campaign. Luhta aClass members under the age of 18 may participate with the written consent of their parent or legal guardian. The Participant is responsible for obtaining said consent and having it on hand at the time of announcing the winners. Excluded from participation in the prize draw are all employees of the Corporation of the Organiser.

The Organiser’s liability

The Campaign participant releases the Organiser from any damage that is allegedly or actually caused by the participation in the Campaign. The Organiser is not responsible for any possible direct or indirect damages caused by use of the prize The liability of the Organiser cannot surpass the total value of all the prizes of the Campaign in any situation. As stated above, the Organiser assumes no liability for changes to the tournament schedule or game locations or for cancellations of games. The Organiser assumes no liability for problems or hindrance for participating in the raffle or receiving the prize caused by technical failures. The participant is responsible for their eligibility and for the correctness of the contact information given to the Organiser when entering the Campaign.

Taxes

The Organiser is responsible for paying the lottery tax in Finland and in other possible countries participating in the Campaign. The participant is responsible for other possible personal taxes related to the raffle prize.

Disqualifications

The Organiser has the right to deny individual participation in the Campaign and deny the prize should there be suspicion that the individual has tried to cheat or in other ways compromise the Campaign. If that happens, the Organiser is not obliged to compensate in any way for costs caused by the participation or for other costs. The Organiser reserves the right to change the Campaign rules, to cancel or alter the Campaign due to problems not caused by or related to the Organiser.

Handling of personal data

The register description and privacy policy applicable to the handling of personal data related to the Campaign can be viewed online at: /content/aclass-privacy. The name of the register is Luhta aClass customer loyalty program customer register. The controller of the register is L-Fashion Group Oy. The personal data related to the participation of a Luhta aClass member in the Campaign will be deleted at the end of the Campaign period or by 31.8.2022 at the latest.

Release of liability for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter

The Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook or Instagram in any way.

By participating in the Campaign, the participant accepts these Campaign rules and agrees to adhere to them.
