Terms and conditions of the Luhta aClass customer loyalty programme

1. Luhta aClass membership

1.1 Definition

Luhta aClass is a customer loyalty programme of L-Fashion Group Oy, offered in Finland to customers of the retail chains Aleksi 13, Luhta Brand Store, Your FACE, Ril’s, Luhta Outdoor Store and Luhta Outlet as well as the online store Luhta.com. Members participating in the programme earn aClass money based on the total sum of purchases made in the last 12 months and can take advantage of chain-specific special discounts and other benefits for loyalty programme members.

1.2 Joining the programme

Any person aged 15 or above is eligible to join the Luhta aClass customer loyalty programme. Minors must have permission from their legal guardian to apply for the programme. Membership in the Luhta aClass customer loyalty programme is personal and joining is possible at any store participating in the programme and in the Luhta.com online store's aClass pages. The participating store chains include Aleksi 13, Luhta Brand Store, Your FACE, Ril’s, Luhta Outdoor Store and Luhta Outlet. Joining the Luhta aClass customer loyalty programme is free. Membership is considered active once the application has been appropriately filled out, signed and approved.

By joining the Luhta aClass customer loyalty programme, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of the programme. In order to take advantage of the membership benefits, the customer must present their aClass card at the register of a store or log into their account in the Luhta.com online store. By joining the Luhta aClass programme, the customer agrees to the handling of their personal data for the purposes of the Luhta aClass customer loyalty programme.

1.3 Luhta aClass card

As proof of membership, each Luhta aClass member receives a personal, numbered Luhta aClass card. If the card is lost, a new card can be ordered at any of the participating stores in Finland. The Luhta aClass card is valid for identification purposes and for utilising membership benefits at all participating physical stores in Finland. In the Luhta.com online shop, benefits can be accessed and aClass money can be earned when signed into a personal account.

Luhta aClass members agree to notify Luhta aClass customer service or any Luhta aClass store if the card is lost. In the case of misuse, L-Fashion Group Oy reserves the right to cancel the card.

2. Luhta aClass membership benefits

2.1 Luhta aClass money account

Every purchase a Luhta aClass member makes at any Aleksi 13, Luhta Brand Store, Your FACE, Ril’s, Luhta Outdoor Store or Luhta Outlet location earns them aClass money, which is deposited in an aClass money account tied to the member’s Luhta aClass card. In addition, every purchase made by a Luhta aClass member in the Luhta.com online store while signed into their personal customer account earns them aClass money, which is deposited in an aClass money account tied to the member’s Luhta aClass card.

In order to earn personal aClass money, the customer must present their personal Luhta aClass card before completing the purchase. Accepted payment methods include cash, gift vouchers and debit or credit cards. Purchasing a gift voucher does not earn aClass money. To earn aClass money from purchases in the Luhta.com online store, the customer must identify themselves by signing into their personal customer account before completing the purchase. Any aClass money earned from a purchase is generally credited to the customer’s aClass money account on the first weekday following the purchase.

The amount of aClass money earned for each individual purchase is determined based on the aClass money percentage. The aClass money percentage is calculated based on the total purchases in the previous 12 months according to the list below.

Purchase total in participating stores, last 12 months = Customer’s aClass money percentage

0–299 € = 2 %

300–599 € = 3 %

600–899 € = 4 %

900–1199 € = 6 %

1200–1500 € = 8 %

over 1500 € = 10 %


The first purchase made with a Luhta aClass card earns 2 % aClass money regardless of the purchase total.

Luhta aClass members may opt for a family pooling system, wherein all Luhta aClass card holders over the age of 15 within the same household share one aClass money percentage. All purchases made by members of the family contribute to the aClass money percentage. All members of the family pool have the right to view the total sum of purchase made by the household members in the previous 12 months.

Example of earning aClass money:

A Luhta aClass member has opted for family pooling. The member makes a purchase worth 100 € at a participating store or in the Luhta.com online store. The total sum of purchases made by all the family members in the previous 12 months is 1575 €. Following the table above, the member earns 10 % of their purchase total, or 10 €, in aClass money. The aClass money can be deducted from future purchases at any participating store.

Family pooling only affects the aClass money percentage. The aClass money account is always personal, meaning any aClass money earned from purchases made with a given Luhta aClass card is only credited to the personal aClass money account of the card holder who made the purchase.

Family pooling can be activated and deactivated in the stores participating to Luhta aClass programme or by email at customerservice@luhta.com.

The aClass money balance stored on the account linked to the customer’s aClass card can be used to pay for any purchase made at participating stores. When using their aClass money, customers may be required to provide identification. aClass money cannot be exchanged for cash.

If a customer has not made any purchases at participating stores or in the Luhta.com online store within a period of 6 months, their aClass money balance will reset to zero on the last day of the last calendar month of that period.

If a customer returns a product they earned aClass money for, the amount of aClass money earned for that product is deducted from their aClass money account. When returning a product that earned aClass money, the personal Luhta aClass card used for the purchase must be presented.

Customers can view their personal aClass money percentage and their aClass money balance online by logging in to the Luhta.com online store or at a store when making a purchase.

2.2 Other Luhta aClass membership benefits (not valid at Luhta Outlet stores)

In addition to the Luhta aClass money earned for each purchase, Luhta aClass members receive the following benefits:

  • Monthly aClass products (minimum 20 % discount)

  • 10 % discount on all socks and pantyhose products

In addition to the benefits mentioned above, the retail chains Aleksi 13, Luhta Brand Store, Your FACE, Ril’s and Luhta Outdoor Store and the Luhta.com online store may offer other additional benefits at various times either to all Luhta aClass members or specific groups of Luhta aClass members. Members can receive information on currently available membership rewards by mail, online at Luhta.com or in-store. Luhta aClass members may also be offered benefits awarded by other aClass partners.

3. Member register

Data provided by a Luhta aClass member on their membership application and data arising from the use of the card are collected in the Luhta aClass customer loyalty programme member register. The customer’s purchase details are collected based on location of purchase, total, product group and product. The customer can forbid registering these data by informing the Luhta aClass customer service. The data are collected for the purpose of maintaining customer relations and targeting direct marketing actions. 4. Other terms and conditions

Luhta aClass members agree to directly notify Luhta aClass customer service of changes in their name and/or address:

By email: customerservice@luhta.com

or by signing into their customer account on the Luhta.com online store.

Customers are able to manage direct marketing permissions (such as email and text messaging permissions) by signing into their account in the Luhta.com online store.

Customers can terminate their Luhta aClass membership at any time by submitting a written request to the aClass customer service at customerservice@luhta.com.

If a customer has not made any purchases that earn aClass money, updated their customer details, requested a change to their customer details through customer service or signed into their account at Luhta.com for 4 years, the membership is terminated. When the membership is terminated, the aClass money account is set to zero and all personal data is removed from the member register. If the customer has provided L-Fashion Group Oy with an email address for the Luhta aClass customer loyalty programme, they will be notified of the termination in advance.

L-Fashion Group Oy reserves the right to terminate a Luhta aClass membership in the case of failure to adhere to the terms and conditions set out above. Notice of the termination is delivered to the Luhta aClass card holder in writing.

L-Fashion Group Oy reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of the Luhta aClass customer loyalty programme. L-Fashion Group Oy reserves the right to terminate the Luhta aClass customer loyalty programme by notifying aClass members at least 3 months in advance.

L-Fashion Group Oy is not responsible for any errors or malfunctions of the Luhta aClass customer loyalty programme or any consequences arising therefrom. L-Fashion Group Oy is not responsible for losses or damages arising from changes to the Luhta aClass customer loyalty programme, its termination or other events relating to it.
