Delivery and payment methods

Delivery time

The delivery time for orders placed in the online shop is about 3 to 5 working days. During campaigns and sales, the delivery times may be longer than normal.

Delivery methods and Posti

In the online shop, you can choose one of the following: delivery to home address, delivery to a Posti service point of choice or to a parcel locker. The delivery cost to your home address is €9.90, to a Posti service point €4.90 and to a parcel locker €4.90. For logged-in Luhta aClass members the delivery to a Posti service point or parcel locker is free of charge. The cost of delivery is added to the total after you have chosen a delivery method. If the order total exceeds €50 without delivery costs, delivery is free.Posti will keep the parcel for 7 days at all pick-up points. After this, unclaimed parcels are returned to the sender.

Unclaimed products

The ownership of unclaimed orders is returned to the online shop and we will refund unclaimed orders in accordance with the payment method within 14 days of receipt and handling the return. We will send a notification of the refund via e-mail. Please note that not claiming a parcel is not considered a customer return. We charge €19.90 in handling fees for every parcel that is not claimed within the Posti storage period. If you intend not to pick the parcel up, you can notify our customer service of it. The notification, however, must be made before the parcel is sent back to us.

Payment methods

In our online shop, you can pay using online payments by all Finnish banks, the most common credit cards and by invoice. The intermediary for the payment is Klarna Ab, which is why the bank statement may show Klarna as recipient of the payment. The payment is forwarded from Klarna to the online shop. You can track your order and pay any open invoices through Klarna.
