L-Fashion Group Oy (later online shop) sells products to private persons in Finland, Austria and Germany. We retain the right to change the terms of delivery or prices. The product prices include VAT.

1. General terms
Luhta.com is an online shop maintained by L-Fashion Group Oy. These terms of contract are applied to the seller/customer relationship between L-Fashion Group Oy and its customers. L-Fashion Group retains the right to change these terms of contract unilaterally and without prior notice. We also retain the right to change prices.The terms that are valid at the moment of ordering are applied to the orders made from the Luhta.com online shop. These terms can be read on the ‘Delivery and payment methods’ page. L-Fashion Group Oy is not liable for any damages caused by Force majeure. Force majeure are considered unpredictable factors and/or conditions, which cannot be affected by L-Fashion Group Oy’s actions and which cannot be resolved within reason. L-Fashion Group Oy is obligated to notify the customer of such conditions as soon as possible.

It is the customer’s obligation to provide contact information, which at the very least includes name, address, phone number and e-mail address for the delivery of the order and related documents. Delivery time in the online shop is 3 to 5 working days; during sales, the delivery time may be longer due to the large volume of orders. L-Fashion Group Oy is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen changes, but is obligated to notify the customer of such delays as soon as possible.

4. Prices and warranty
The product prices in the Luhta.com online shop include VAT (24 %). The warranty is based on the warranty terms defined by the manufacturer of the product. The warranty covers manufacturing flaws that are not caused by external factors. External factors include, for example, wrong use of the product. It is recommended that the customer familiarize themselves with the product’s user instructions before using the product.In warranty matters and if you detect a flaw in the product, first contact our customer service via email: email@example.com.
5. Return policy
If, for some reason, you are not happy with the product you purchased, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and all product labels and hangtags must be in place. All free gifts must also be returned. Returns are cost-free. If you return all of the products you ordered, we will refund the total of the order with the exception of shipping costs. We will refund the returned products as soon as we can after we have received, checked and approved them. The refund is made using the same method you used for paying the order. If the returned product has been used contrary to the customer’s due diligence obligations, the customer may be charged a depreciation of the product up to the full price of the product as well as the cost of return shipping.If you decide to return a product to the Luhta.com online shop, fill out the return form. The product must be packaged carefully.
6. Reclamations and disputes
Luhta.com online shop is liable under the Consumer Protection Act for the products it sells. If you notice a defect in the product, please always contact our customer service first: firstname.lastname@example.org. You have the option of referring a dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board or other similar organ, for example, by first contacting a case handler.The service provider, Luhta.com online shop, shall not be liable for any delays caused by force majeure.
